Mainstream Politicians Have No Answer to Libertas

Declan Ganley debated with British Labour MEP Richard Corbett on the BBC yesterday.
Corbett's struggle to provide adequate answers to Ganley's questions or to address the issues that Libertas raises demonstrates the discomfort that we are causing amongst Europe's political elite.

Predictably, Corbett resorted to trying to smear Libertas by association with parties who we do not work with. This pathetic attempt to block Libertas from entering the public arena only serves to highlight the power of our message.

EU elites are running scared. They are scared because they know that they don't adequately represent the people that they draw their power from. This is why they don't like referendums. This is why they don't want the EU to be more democratic. This is why they don't like Libertas.

Its time that we made Brussels listen. Its time we make a Europe that we can believe in. Its time for Libertas.

  1. This Country has not been able to make "Brussels" listen in all the time we have been in it. In fact, all those that have been voted into power in this Country have "Welcomed" everything that has emanated from the EU. Matters have gone too far to change anything now, quite apart from the fact the other 25 Countries want a federal State of European Union. (Britain and the people of Ireland do not want that)Everything from the very beginning was set out to follow the making of that united State-read Monnet's speeches from the 1950-60's, which leaders have followed. None of it is for the British.

The Government have a choice, they can "crush" the people, or they can listen to them. If they follow the first course they destroy them selves also, if they listen to the people and repeal all the draconian laws that have been imposed over the last eleven years, life will be difficult, maybe very difficult but the people will work to be free.

As an admirer of your work I am surprised at you reasoning on this matter. No one can change the EU not even Libertas.

  2. I was in 15/19H (1956-73) and live near Westbury, with youngest son and family in Bath. I have been involved in active political campaigning for 35 years and was co-founder of Freedom Association and various other orgs. Please give me a ring on 01373 823244, but I shall be in US from 13-20 April and in Bath 23-27 April. We clearly share common ideals and I have a wealth of experience.
